Welcome to Sylorex. By accessing our website, using our services, or partnering with us on projects, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Sylorex for web design, application development, branding, automation, or SEO services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services
Sylorex provides digital design, software development, AI automation, branding, and search engine optimization services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any service provided will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed project proposal or agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to cooperate with Sylorex in a timely manner, including providing necessary copy, visual assets, access to hosting environments, and feedback. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may result in adjusted project timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom deliverables built specifically for the client (including custom graphics, logos, layouts, and developed frontend code) will be owned by the client. Sylorex retains ownership of any pre-existing code libraries, general modules, or development tools utilized during construction.
5. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, milestone payments, and ongoing maintenance schedules will be defined in the project scope agreement. Sylorex reserves the right to suspend development or pause hosting access if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sylorex be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data breaches, or project interruption) arising out of the use of our services or developed code.
7. Project Delivery
We aim to meet all scheduled deadlines. However, delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change due to scope adjustments, client delays, or third-party software conflicts beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the project contract. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work performed up to the date of termination.
